Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it is a way of life. Our goal is to provide you with a welcoming and nurturing environment that will support you on your path towards a healthier and more balanced life.

Through the practice of yoga, we hope to help you cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Our experienced and compassionate instructors will guide you through a variety of classes that are tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences.

We believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or experience level. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our community is here to support and encourage you on your journey.

We also offer a variety of workshops and events that will help you deepen your practice and expand your knowledge of yoga and its principles.

Our workshops and retreats are unique and very different every time, as we keep on improving and are very present with the people, who are working with us. Thanks to that, we are able to create live, adaptable experience, so that everyone, who is on those journeys with us gets exactly what they need during the group process.

Our sessions take place in a grounded, intentional space where you are met with presence, clarity, and depth. This is not a space for fixing or rescuing — it is a space for honest seeing, conscious inquiry, and integration.

We work with what is alive and relevant for you now: decisions, transitions, creative direction, inner conflicts, leadership edges, or moments where your vision, identity, or energy require recalibration. Rather than focusing on “problems,” we explore the underlying patterns, beliefs, and internal structures that shape how you move through life, work, and relationships.

The purpose of this work is alignment — coming back into coherence with yourself. It supports you in living and creating without shrinking, over-adapting, or measuring your worth through external expectations. Over time, this naturally translates into clearer choices, embodied confidence, and a more truthful expression of who you are and how you serve.

When appropriate, I also offer perspective on your projects, creative work, or professional direction, as well as guidance on practices, rituals, and contemplative tools that correspond with your current life phase, karmic themes, and astrological cycles. Teaching is an integral part of my work — you are welcome to draw from my knowledge, lived experience, and path of serving dharma.

These sessions require a calm, uninterrupted environment and space afterwards for integration. The effects are not always immediate or linear – integration can take anywhere from a few days to several months, depending on your process and the depth of the work.

These sessions are designed as a high-level, confidential space for individuals who carry responsibility, vision and creative or leadership roles in their lives and work.

You are met with precision, presence and depth. This is not a space for emotional processing alone, nor for surface-level problem solving. It is a space for strategic and energetic recalibration; where we look at the internal architecture behind your decisions, patterns, identity and direction.

We work with what is most essential in this phase of your life: clarifying your next chapter, refining your vision, navigating transitions, resolving inner contradictions, strengthening self-trust, and aligning how you lead, create, and relate with who you truly are.

The intention of this work is coherence and authority – the kind that emerges when you stop outsourcing your knowing, stop negotiating your worth, and move from an internally anchored sense of self. From this place, your choices become cleaner, your boundaries firmer and your expression more precise.

When relevant, I provide strategic and intuitive insight into your projects, offers, positioning and long-term direction – as well as recommend practices, rituals and contemplative disciplines aligned with your current life phase, karmic themes and astrological influences.
